Start with XAG in US dollars per troy ounce. That is the international spot price. The rupee tola is that price converted at today’s dollar rate, then scaled to .999 and to one tola (11.664 grams).

Sterling jewellery is not the same number. It is 92.5% of the .999 silver content. Making charges sit on top of both.

The chart is the COMEX future, not the spot print in the header. Use the future when you are reading the history, and the tola when you are comparing a Pakistan quote.
